Signa joined the GISC team in 1988. She has worked in the Underwriting Department for the majority of her career with GISC. Since 1995 her greatest challenge has been keeping up with Karen and Doug and their schedules.

Customer Service Manager

Jane has been at GISC for almost 20 years, and is now managing the customer service staff, who assist over 8,000 callers a month. Her commitment to service has made our customer service department exceptional.

Sherry joined our accounting department in 1993. Her attention to detail has enabled her to assume the daily operations and administration of the Flexible Spending Accounts. Sherry also assists in the compliance of the HIPAA regulations.

LAUREL BORSARI
Administrative Assistant
Laurel joined GISC as an Administrative Assistant over 5 years ago. GISC was lucky to hire her as a result of the EBA acquisition. She has varied duties in both the Sales and Service Department and the Accounting Department. You will hear from Laurel regularly about funding, reporting and Summary Plan Descriptions.
